Job Title: Senior HubSpot Specialist

Department:  IT       Reports To:  Director of IT

FLSA Status:  Salaried        Business & Hours:  8:30 am to 5 pm EST

Salary Range:  $75,000 to $95,000 depending on experience

Role Summary

This role will play an integral part in underpinning the success of business development for the company.  The right candidate will come with a strategic mindset for growing the business by being a consultative business partner to leaders within the company; while also being able to roll up their sleeves to drive project execution. Our company is looking for a self-starter who's ready to change the world with a brilliant team.  Demonstrating a deep commitment to fully understanding the business of the Admissions, Sales, Marketing, and Operations procedures and processes is essential to the role.

Responsibilities:

      Understands all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities to drive the performance and outcomes of all iPEC business initiatives.

      Supports the organization's use of HubSpot, including assisting with list generation/cleanup as needed, and collaborates with Marketing and Admissions to automate processes related to campaigns.

      Builds and manage dashboards, reports, layouts, process automation, and other configurable aspects of the interface for end-users, including:

      Flows and Process

      Data and analytics

      Workflow Rules & Approval Processes

      Validation Rules

      Custom Objects Configuration

      Builds Chatbots and live chats in HubSpot and assists with integration into applicable departments.

      Connects domains in HubSpot (email, landing pages, knowledge base, DKIM, and SPF).

      Installs HubSpot tracking codes to inform marketing analytics.

      Configures Third-party integrations.

      Creates Custom reports, profiles, permission settings and rules.

      Participates in system implementation projects including but not limited to requirements, documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution.

      Maintains updated system documentation and HubSpot policies/procedures.

      Maintains a high-level familiarity with related system capabilities and scope definition to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream opportunities.

      Interfaces with teams across the business including Admissions, Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance, and Operations IT to facilitate business requirements, projects, and related duties.

      Supports the day-to-day running of the business within HubSpot, which includes interacting with business users and technology partners, in support of the HubSpot CRM environment.

      Sets up new users, trains on new processes and/or features.

      Attending company wide and departmental meetings to assist in project updates and planning!

 

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

     Bachelor's degree in applicable technology field, plus 7+ years of experience as a HubSpot administrator

      HubSpot Sales and HubSpot Marketing Software certifications required.

      Ability to provide best practices of CRM applications to end users.

     Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

      Self-starter while working well in a strong team envoronment

      A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
