Campaign Operations Assistant

 

The Campaign Operations Assistant  will develop and implement email marketing assets, such as creative and content. To develop this content, the Campaign Operations Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Content Team. This role will manage the execution of email sends, email testing, database maintenance, data entry and will assist in copywriting and data analysis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Operations

  • Work with the content marketing team to execute email strategy
  • Execute all email set-up, test,  troubleshoot and resolution of potential issues
  • Email segmentation growth and management, delivering specific messages to targeted audiences
  • Management of all email marketing lists, import/export and overall list health
  • Routine email campaign reporting, analyzing results, identify opportunities for growth and provide suggestions for continual improvement 
  • Managing, updating and ownership of all email marketing content calendars
  • Support CCMM in optimizing the company’s marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email
  • Maintain email workflows in CRM 
  • Assist in developing, testing, executing email marketing campaigns to acquire, convert and retain prospects/customers and generate revenue
  • Monitor email deliverability, database hygiene, and compliance with opt-in laws and regulations as well as ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations

 

Additional Support

  • Assist CCMM in evaluating and measuring the success of content marketing and making recommendations for changes/improvements based on the data.
  • Proofread and copy edit a wide range of marketing materials on a regular basis for clarity, style, tone, spelling, grammar, and consistency with the AP style guide
  • Collaborate with key Co-Owners from the Marketing, Admissions, and Executive Teams, as well as iPEC’s Coach Community and Alumni, to collect topics to be produced into relevant content that contributes to key goals.
  • Assist CCMM with the development of the overarching content strategy, including the development of prospective student personas
  • Serve as back-up for team members while OOO

Other

  • Assist in maintaining and updating content on web and landing pages using the CRM
  • Provide support to Student Support and the other iPEC departments as necessary
  • Act as a back-up for webinar management and execution: 
    • Manage calendar/participation, coordinate, vet, and organize scheduling/theming for a variety of marketing livecast webinars
    • Recruit participants internally and from the iPEC community for external podcasts and webinars
    • Provide live backend/admin support

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism) or commensurate experience
  • Experience working in a remote office setting preferred
  • 2+ years relevant professional experience preferred

 

Business Skills

  • Web-savvy, skilled internet researcher
  • Experienced writer and editor with sound knowledge of grammar and spelling
  • Excellent oral and written business communication skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (Hubspot preferred)
  • Data-driven
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/G-Suite applications
