iPEC Ambassador Program Coordinator

Salary: $40-55k, depending on experience


The Ambassador Program Coordinator (APC) reports to the Director of Community and is responsible for collaborative planning, logistics and implementation, and communication of our Ambassador Referral Program. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with day-to-day logistics and implementation along with big-picture thinking and strategic planning mindset. 


Program Optimization & Oversight

  • In collaboration with the Community team, create an Ambassador strategy, communications plan, and outreach schedule. This plan will be in alignment with the overarching Community & Branding strategic outreach plan.
  • Oversee development of all elements necessary to complete program communications and outreach. Elements included in the program may include, but not limited to: webinars, email campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, etc.
  • Track KPIs and other performance metrics regularly, report findings to the Analytics Manager and DOC, and offer recommendations for future program optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing feedback loops and input from the Coach Community on the Ambassador Program.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments (Marketing, Operations, Student Support, IT) to ensure cohesive communications and integration of any program updates into current systems.
  • Identify and manage relationships with coaches within our community to assist in advisory, advocacy, influencer, and thought leadership roles to support the Ambassador program and communications. 
  • Identify opportunities for Ambassador Program alignment with the Coach Training Program marketing initiatives and promotions.


Community Team Support and Coordination

  • The APC will be cross-trained on assisting with monthly community programming and e-newsletter execution.
  • Become an integral part of communicating iPEC’s Ambassador Program for the Coach Community. Assist with directing coaches to relevant resources and identifying touchpoints for better communications and interactions. 
  • Ensure communications about the Ambassador Program are distributed, maintained, and consistent across all internal channels (private groups on Facebook, iPEC Hub, Help Center) and properly communicated to relevant stakeholders and departments.
  • Assist the Social Media & Community Coordinator (SMC) with moderation of Community group join requests and moderation/engagement with messages and comments that relate to Coaching Products within the iPEC Community Groups (iPEC Coach Community, ELI Community Collective, iPEC Peer Marketplace). 
  • Work with the Director of Community to develop individual and project goals, review performance metrics, and report findings to the Integrated Community/Marketing Team and any other relevant departments.



Education & Experience

  • iPEC Graduate and/or ELI-MP certified Preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or commensurate experience
  • Experience working in a remote office setting
  • 2+ relevant professional position preferred


Preferred Skills

  • Insightful and highly creative with the ability to guide and create compelling campaign themes to connect with iPEC Coaches and drive awareness, engagement, and activation/conversion
  • Experienced writer and editor with sound knowledge of grammar and spelling
  • Excellent oral and written business communication skills
  • Comfortable with video/on-camera presentations and webinars
  • Data-driven
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/G-Suite applications
