Position Summary:

This position oversees the B2C Admissions Team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in leading and growing a team of Sales and Coaching Professionals. This role will interact with various levels of the organization and will partner closely with leadership on goals and policies while teaming with marketing to strategize on campaigns. Recommending product, service or operational enhancements.

The Admissions Manager is expected to come with a consultative perspective coupled with problem-solving capabilities. The ideal candidate will come with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to develop a personal view of what the Admissions team can accomplish, rooted in a strong data analytics and process vision. The right candidate can assimilate into the iPEC culture and continue to build the sales team in alignment with that culture. This role understands what motivates customers to buy, knows how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way and helps the sales team and marketing implement such understanding to drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with leadership to create and implement a B2C sales strategy that expands the company’s customer base and expands on its strong presence
  • Set and drive short and long-term sales goals, including process improvements for assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales processes
  • Create efficiencies to maximize sales teams potential to hit increasing targets, utilizing the full capabilities of our automation capabilities
  • Provide leadership develop and energize the team around their goals and objectives, providing coaching and performance support
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and implementing process improvements to respond to these
  • Build full visibility of our performance, using dashboards, sales performance and realistic forecasting reporting
  • Work with Marketing to identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
  • Function within the policies and procedures of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching
  • Develop other projects and initiatives to support the above responsibilities

 

Requirements:

Education, Certification, Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful previous experience as a sales team leader or manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • 2-year college degree preferred

Technical Requirements:

  • Highly experienced with CRM systems
  • Netsuite and Hubspot experience preferred
  • Google office platform preferred
