Manager of IT Business Systems

The manager of Business Systems will help lead a technical IT team, vendors, and contract resources to ensure business systems objectives of a highly integrated and automated digital environment, coordinate and track the progress of projects established by defined milestones and objectives. The manager of IT Business Systems needs to have a willingness to serve the organization, as well as our students and customers. The right candidate will have experience managing a technical team and projects as well as a collaborative and highly effective communicator and problem solver. This role will report to the Global Director of IT.  

 

 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Implementation of new technologies and processes including but not limited to mobile and web applications, integrations, Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM, custom software development and ERP/Financial systems. 
  • Ensure Best practices are being followed by IT Business team 
  • Must be hands on technically to facilitate remote troubleshooting and provide support when needed to IT Student support team and other IT area’s and departments. 
  • Manage Projects following PMO best practices 
  • Ensure team documents IT architecture, process, and procedures 
  • Active contributor for process improvement and review
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for all IPEC systems including NetSuite, Infusion soft, Hub spot, AWS, Azure, Word press) 
  • Work closely with the IT director on IT and Business Systems Strategy company wide. This includes the development and cultivation of both the business and technical team with project/department deadlines
  • Ensure Projects are brought in on time and Budget 
  • Trouble shoot and implement new technologies into the infrastructure environment 
  • After hours and weekends availability for troubleshooting, implementation of systems and  project initiatives 

 



Technical Requirements

 

  • Full understand of ERP (NetSuite) including customizations and workflows. 
  • Experience with SAAS based infrastructure and Applications 
  • Understanding with Full Stack (SQL) development for web and mobile technologies on a modern cloud solution (Azure or AWS)
  • Dev op’s experience a big plus 
  • Knowledge of privacy and security compliance and controls (GDPR, SOX, SOC) 
  • G Suite administration experience
  • Hub Spot Implementation and management experience
  • Experience with best practices and procedures to ensure professional product deployment (Agile, ITIL) 
  • API, webhook and iPaaS management experience
  • Strong experience with video conference and Webinar software (Zoom, Teams) 
  • Strong technical expertise in API’s with Infusion soft, NetSuite and HubSpot 
  •  Integrations management in including managed API’s and Webhooks, System syncs for customer and transactional data for system accuracy and triggered automations.
