Director of Design and Development

Overview:

This centralized role partners closely with the Director of Faculty Development. Together, these roles directly support the integrity of the iPEC brand by leading a diverse team to ensure iPEC’s commitment to excellence is clearly evident in all aspects of the student experience. Essential responsibilities include proactively identifying opportunities to enhance and refine curriculum across iPEC’s programs and programs that leverage the iPEC philosophies and methodologies.

Essential Responsibilities:
- iPEC liaison with ICF and ACTO (and other appropriate organizations) to ensure continuous alignment with accreditation requirements, industry happenings, etc.
- Lead the effort to maintain ICF accreditation on appropriate related programs
- Work with appropriate teams to write/edit program content/curriculum and all supplemental components (slides, trainer materials, student materials, etc.) needed
- Partner with appropriate parties to consult on develop strategy for launching these programs
- Partner with COO to develop and monitor measurement systems to track the effectiveness of the content
- Recommend innovative approaches to improve, update, or enhance program offerings with a focus on efficiency, relevance, and up-to-date delivery mechanisms
- Assist with identifying ongoing curricula needs
- Partner with the appropriate teams as they administer and implement iPEC’s programs, including corporate, graduate, and public programs
- Primary point of contact for all content questions on assigned programs
- Other projects, as assigned

Requirements:
- CPC, ELI-MP, ideally COR.E Dynamics Specialist
- Minimum of 3 years actively coaching in (internally or with a practice)
- PCC certification with the ICF
- A deep/developing knowledge of the iPEC content and ICF PCC Markers and ACTP requirements
- Superb project management skills
- Experience in instructional design, program design and development, and/or adult learning theory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Must work out of the Shrewsbury, NJ office
