Chief Curriculum Officer

Overview: 

This leadership role partners closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer and has the primary focus of ensuring the integrity of iPEC’s philosophies and methodologies as well as ensuring that iPEC intellectual property is appropriately embedded within iPEC experiences and deliverables. Through leading a diverse team, this role is responsible for protecting and building upon the iPEC brand by creating and upholding quality standards so that iPEC’s commitment to excellence is clearly evident in all iPEC experiences and deliverables along with programs and deliverables which leverage the iPEC philosophies and methodologies.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the effort to maintain ICF accreditation as it relates to all aspects of iPEC’s accredited programs (content, Faculty Members, assessment, etc. requirements)
- Oversee iPEC liaison with ICF and ACTO (and other appropriate organizations) to ensure continuous alignment with accreditation requirements, industry happenings, etc.
- Partner with leadership team to consult on and determine company priorities
- Ensure quality and integrity measures are met when reviewing and providing final sign-off on all programs created and updated by Design and Development Team
- Create and/or consult on policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of iPEC’s philosophies and methodologies (certification requirements, intellectual property guidelines, etc.)
- Proactively identify (and/or consult on) opportunities to enhance/refine curriculum, assessments, products, deliverables and delivery options
- Continually improve the student experience, and increase the caliber of our graduates and attendees
- Partner with the appropriate teams as they administer and implement the iPEC’s programs, including corporate, graduate, and public programs
- Determine resource needs and project allocation, including hiring and managing external teams/contractors
- Lead the effort to coach, grow, and develop the Academic Affairs teams from a performance and energetic standpoint, including providing routine feedback as needed
- Ensure departmental accuracy regarding the maintenance of all materials (Trainer and student manuals, PPTs, handouts, etc.)
- Oversee departmental budget; look for efficiencies wherever possible

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years actively coaching in (internally or with a practice)
- A deep/developing knowledge of the iPEC content and ICF PCC Markers and ACTP requirements
- PCC certification with the ICF
- Exceptional leadership abilities
- Experience in negotiating contracts and compensation
- Experience in instructional design, program design and development, and/or adult learning theory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Must work out of the Shrewsbury, NJ office
