Title: Lead Trainer

Department: Faculty Team 

Location: Candidates must be living in the UK or Europe or the Middle East or South East Asia 

Contract: Independent Contractor (must have own business and insurance) 

Compensation Package: 

$2250 USD per training module (converted in the appropriate currency) after graduating from the training program.

Travel and Accommodation expenses covered

20 ELIs per calendar year

50-75% discount on iPEC products and offerings

 

Please note: The path to becoming a Lead Trainer begins with a rigorous 10-12 month Lead in Training (Train the Trainer) program during which time there will be different touchpoints of evaluations and feedback. Entry into the Training program does not guarantee a role as Lead Trainer. There will be  higher than usual requirements to travel (minimum twice per month during training months). Travel and accommodation are covered by iPEC plus an honorary $600 payment (converted in the appropriate currency) to the trainee per training module.

We have a strong belief that our organisation and the people within should reflect both our mission and our founding principles, and therefore we are looking for you: An iPEC graduate with high levels of anabolic energy to join our faculty team as a Lead Trainer. 

 

What is the role of the Lead Trainer?

The Lead Trainer delivers content in each of the three modules of iPEC’s Coach Training Program. As the face of iPEC, it’s imperative for the trainer to “walk the talk” by practising what we teach and demonstrating deep alignment with iPEC’s mission of raising the consciousness of the world. The Lead Trainer must be an excellent coach, educator, and entertainer while also possessing the ability to manage the energy in the classroom. The Lead Trainer interacts with the Operations Team, Finance, and Admissions, as well as curriculum experts.

 

We ask you in your role of Lead Trainer to:

  • Deliver an exceptional student experience in the classroom 
  • Be an exceptional coach able to demonstrate a high level of mastery in coaching demos 
  • Manage the energy in the classroom – both self and students
  • Maintain content expertise in iPEC’s Coach Training Program
  • Direct & manage the Assistant Training Coach (ATC) and volunteers in support of the student experience
  • Participate in monthly Lead Trainer calls virtually and also any other development or training calls required on an ongoing basis 
  • Manage classroom logistics, including room set-up and tear-down

 

We are looking for the following certifications, accreditations and qualities in our Lead Trainers: 

  • iPEC graduate with CPC and ELI-MP certifications
  • ICF PCC credential*
  • ICF member in good standing
  • Active coaching practice
  • Ideally, an active ELI user
  • Amazing presence in front of a room
  • Ability to command a room as an anabolic leader
  • Ability to manage the energy of a training environment
  • Awareness of cultural differences across different European countries
  • Ability to commit to weekend travel and hours
  • Ability to deliver training in both English and a European language in a dynamic, clear and engaging communication style.
  • Must be bilingual with high fluency in English along with any other major European language (e.g. Spanish, German, etc -ideally, Native level) 

*or a minimum of 350 coaching hours with the ability to attain the PCC credential within 6 months of application. You will be required to submit a detailed plan to demonstrate this. 

 Technical requirements: 

  • Laptop/iPad for PPT presentations 
  • Clicker for presentations 
  • Sound speaker and music 
  • Internet speed minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload on a stable connection
  • Own equipment required for the role, laptop, headset, etc of sufficient quality to deliver the role at the level required.
