Reports to:  Director of Design and Development

Department:  Academic Affairs

Location:  Remote

Salary Range:  $20/hr-$30/hr dependent on experience; Part-time, 20 hours per week

This role is responsible for writing curricular content for the departmental initiatives of the Design and Development team.  This role will interact primarily with the Design and Development team and may have occasional interaction with various other teams as projects move through various phases.

 

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Work in conjunction with Director of Design and Development to write and/or create curricular content for a variety of audiences (CTP, COR.E Dynamics, corporate clients, etc) in a variety of formats (audio, video, written, etc)
  • Provide input on curriculum changes and/or new/newly revised content
  • Liaise with the Design and Delivery Coordinator on maintenance of updated program development files (trainer and student manuals, PowerPoints, agendas, webinar scripts, resource documents, Hub content, etc.)
  • Proofread and revise content as needed
  • Ensure on-time delivery of scheduled projects
  • Prepare project updates as needed
  • Support the Design and Development team on ongoing projects as needed
  • Other projects, as assigned

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Required: CPC, ELI-MP
  • Required: exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Required: proficient in Microsoft suite and Google suite
  • Required: excellent attention to detail 
  • Required: in-depth knowledge of iPEC’s core concepts, materials, and intellectual property, such as concepts learned in coach training, COR.E Dynamics, client materials, and the Energy Leadership Index Assessment
  • Required: 1-3 years program writing experience
  • Preferred: 1-3 years curriculum writing experience
