Location:  Shrewsbury, NJ (Not eligible for remote candidates)

Salary Range:   $37,500 – $57,500

 

This role will be responsible for project managing various operational initiatives.   This role will serve as the central point of contact for various teams such as operations, IT and program development.  The right candidate will come with a strong background in project management, with a focus on detail, effective communication, and the ability to keep all components of a project on task.  

Primary responsibilities include building, maintaining, and monitoring project plans and creating and documenting new processes as iPEC continues to grow its offerings.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  •  Actively manage all day-to-day aspects of projects, managing project scope, documenting change requests, facilitating project meetings, reviewing all project deliverables for quality and accuracy, maintaining project documentation and identifying project risk
  • Exercise the ability to consult and partner with project Team Leads in identifying, building and maintaining project plans related to new and existing programs
  • Direct and manage project development leveraging technology, using diverse medium and methods to increase efficiency.
  • Create and maintain project plan documents such as scope documents, communication plans, project timelines, risk management plans, and others as needed.
  • Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools to ensure effective project execution and implementation.
  • Coordinate, consult and support the alignment needed to develop communications and the posting materials
  • Act as the central point of contact between various departments, such as program development, proofing and editing, operations, marketing, admissions, etc.
  • Develop, document and communicate processes for new initiative
  • Conduct project post mortems and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project element
  • Other projects as assigned

Requirements:

  •  iPEC graduate with CPC and ELI-MP certifications (strongly preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
